Cancellation Policy: Please contact Caitlin immediately if you are going to be late to your appointment. Canceling day of, or being more than 15 minutes late may result in a “no-show” status and cancellation of your appointment, with an automatic charge of up to 100% of the total cost of your appointment. Please contact 586-879-9934 if you have any issues modifying your appointment BEFORE 48 hours.

Refund Policy: I strive to make every client in my chair comfortable and happy with each service. Please communicate any concerns during your appointment or within 48 hours of leaving if you are not satisfied. Refunds on services will not be given but I will gladly schedule time to fix anything you may not be satisfied with.

Product Return Policy: If you are not satisfied with a product you have purchased, I will gladly offer an exchange or refund if the product is returned within one week and with only 10% of the product used.
